At Atharv Institute Management System, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness in our policies. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
A formal request for a refund is submitted within 15 working days of the payment date.
The reason for the refund request is valid, and services have not been fully utilized or delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Fees for services already rendered.
Custom integrations, add-ons, or personalized services.
One-time setup or activation fees.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, our team will review it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method with in 10 working days, to the user’s bank account, or as agreed upon during the refund process.
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 working days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
If cancellation occurs after the start of a billing cycle, charges for that cycle will not be refunded.
